Why we’re building it

We build with coding agents every day. They made us faster. But whenever we hit a skill gap, we had to stop, go looking for someone on Discord or through friends, explain the goal all over again, and lose them once the task was done.

Mindalike puts the right person into agent-run work, safely, from inside the work itself.

How it works

It’s a desktop workspace for solo builders and small teams who build with AI agents. The work happens on a shared canvas, next to the agents.

When the work needs a skill nobody on the team has, Bring another mind matches a person to that specific task. It explains why they’re a match, and gives them access only to the artifacts and the time you choose.

Agents run in isolated environments, ask before risky actions, and stop at a budget you set.

How it’s different

Freelance marketplaces start from profiles, outside the work. Agent tools make one person faster, but they can’t add a skill you don’t have. Mindalike matches from the work itself, inside the workspace where the agents already run, with access that is scoped and ends on time.

Where it is

The paid public beta opens in late November 2026 on Windows and Linux, with macOS after. It’s $25 a seat each month, with custom pricing for larger teams, plus metered agent usage that stops at the cap you set.

Our first product out the door is gitring, which keeps many coding agents in one repository from colliding.
